Service Description

Make a conscious choice to step out of your daily life and open to a new way of connecting with nature, with self, and with your spirituality. At the retreat, you will connect with the beauty and peace around you through contemplative practices such as mindfulness, meditation, periods of silence, and movement practices. The retreat is held at a retreat center, with meals and lodging provided.

Cancellation Policy

CNIT reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment or extreme weather. If CNIT cancels an event, all registrants will be notified and all registration fees will be fully refunded. Full payment is required at the time of registration. ​​ Unless noticed differently for a specific event, 5 days' notice is required for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee if you need to withdraw for personal reasons. ​ NO refunds for no-shows or last-minute withdrawals (within 5 days of the program) ​ ​We appreciate your interest in CNIT events and hope to see you soon.
