About the Program
Drop-in for a 1-hour winter hike, connect with other professionals in a personal setting, and discuss and practice a resilience-building mental health topic specifically catered towards clinicians. This group is a great way to take some time for yourself so that you can feel re-charged and re-energized in a meaningful way.
Nathalie is an LCPC and certified Nature-Informed Therapist. She has been running Nature Therapy mindfulness groups for women seasonally for the past 2 years, and is passionate about supporting women to slow down, unplug, and find internal and external space so that they can feel healthier and experience more inner peace in their everyday lives.
