About the Program
Nature-based wellness explores nature-based methods of psychological healing, grounded in the belief that nature has profound mental health effects specifically for anxiety and stress-related mental health challenges. This workshop will provide nature-based strategies and exercises designed to successfully improve mental health.
For ages 16 and up.
Gina Strauss, LCPC
For over 25 years, Gina has worked as an advisor, counselor and teacher in a variety of educational settings with children, adolescents, and adults. In her personal and professional experience, she has developed a deep reverence for the internal wisdom that we each possess and for the ways in which nature connects us both to ourselves and to the greater community of life. Her desire is to support you in accessing that inner knowing while also sharing powerful and practical tools for transformation.
