About the Program

Creating a welcoming environment and providing a healing presence are important contours in offering clinical therapy to members of the LGBTQ+ community. This program will explore various ways to engage LGBTQ+ clients through recognizing the marginalization and trauma that have accompanied the reality of their sexual and gender identities. An informational component, meaning-making exercises, and a ritual will be included in this program and will be facilitated within the landscape of Nature.
