About the Program
In this workshop/talk, participants will learn more about using psychodramatic action methods to expand the way Nature assists in the processing and embodiment of wellness management needs. Topics such as self-compassion, self-efficacy, mind-body processing and mindfulness will be explored through a variety of different techniques such as sociometry, sculpture, role playing and social atoms inspired by the Five Elements (TCM) and Four Seasons.
