About the Program

In this workshop/talk, participants will learn more about using psychodramatic action methods to expand the way Nature assists in the processing and embodiment of wellness management needs. Topics such as self-compassion, self-efficacy, mind-body processing and mindfulness will be explored through a variety of different techniques such as sociometry, sculpture, role playing and social atoms inspired by the Five Elements (TCM) and Four Seasons. Come with an open and playful mind ready to move and explore creative and experiential ways to release, renew and receive insight.

Tania Lanning M.S, LCPC, LMT, RY200 is a Nature Informed Integrative Wellness Therapist , mental health psychotherapist, licensed massage therapist,/body worker , yoga and mindfulness teacher with over 15 years practicing in the wellness community. Tania uses a Nature Informed , strength-centered, empowerment model, with an energetic and creative approach to stress and pain management, oncology care, and women’s wellness. Her trauma informed integrative approach combines numerous holistic therapies including psychodrama, mindfulness meditation, Tree Ally Practices (TAP), yoga, and wellness consultation. She offers experiential workshops on varies topics including Self Compassion, Mindfulness and Movement in Nature , Partners Movement and Massage , Tree Ally Practices (TAP) and many more .
