At this nature retreat we will experience the colorful beauty of fall leaves as we practice mindfulness together nestled in the trees. Being in the natural world is a powerful way to improve mental wellbeing by tuning into the present moment. This event will include a sound bath, where you will experience peaceful energy cleansing while listening to soothing instruments in nature. Spend the day rejuvenating in the natural world while experiencing deep relaxation with meditation, sound healing, and moments of connecting to nature and others.
