About the Program
A 6-week course that will highlight the concept of resilience which is the learned capacity to cope with the adversity of winter. We will discuss lifestyle choices that support resilience in addition to learning from the natural world and other cultures on ways to embrace cold and dark days while orienting toward light and life.Â

Anne Contee, LCPC has completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Loyola University’s, along with her Master's in Business from Bowie State University.
